Today I went shooting with the lovely Kelly B.

I love circles of confusion. We drove out to Headingley to take photos of the train bridge. I ended up spending most of the afternoon taking out of focus pictures of the water.

Cats!

Last spring, I decided to take environmental portraits of my friend’s cats for my final projects in Analogue Techniques. I shot all the images on Fuji Neopan 1600, and then printed the photos on matte fiber based paper. To see the full series, click here!

Ben

My sister Janna is in visiting from Australia, and with her she brought my new nephew Ben. In the past week, I’ve gotten to spend time with him for the first time. He is 8 months old and so cute. It’ll be sad to say bye to him and my sister when they leave next week.

Back in August, I helped Heidi shoot Ray and Patricia’s wedding. The entire wedding party was extremely easy going and the whole day was a lot of fun.
